About SEO Jasoos
An eight-tool SEO suite built for people who need a specific answer quickly. Here is who we are, where our data comes from, and what we think it can and cannot tell you.
What SEO Jasoos Is
SEO Jasoos is a suite of eight free SEO tools built around a simple idea: most people doing SEO work do not need another dashboard full of proprietary scores. They need to answer a specific question quickly — who links to this domain, what does this page get wrong, what is this keyword actually worth — and then get back to work.
Every tool in the suite is built to answer one of those questions and stop there. There is no upsell path buried in the results and no artificially withheld metric designed to push you toward a paid tier. You create a free account, you run the check, you get the data.
Where Our Data Comes From
We do not maintain our own web crawl. Building and maintaining a link index at meaningful scale is a nine-figure undertaking, and any tool claiming to have done it cheaply is either reselling someone else's data or making the numbers up.
Instead, SEO Jasoos aggregates data from established third-party SEO data providers and presents it in a form that is faster to read and act on. Backlink and authority metrics come from commercial link-index providers. Keyword volume and cost-per-click figures originate from Google's advertising data ecosystem. SERP data is collected from live search result pages.
This matters for how you should read the output. Third-party metrics such as Domain Authority are estimates produced by modelling, not measurements taken from Google. Google does not publish a site-level authority score and does not use these numbers. They are useful for comparison and triage; they are not the thing search engines are actually reading. We would rather tell you that plainly than let a number look more authoritative than it is.
Who We Built This For
The suite is aimed at people who do SEO as part of a broader job: freelance marketers, small agency teams, in-house marketers who own search alongside three other channels, and site owners handling their own optimization. These are people with real questions and limited time, not enterprise teams with dedicated analysts.
That audience shaped the design. Results load in seconds rather than queuing behind a crawl. Reports fit on one screen. The metrics shown are the ones that change a decision, and the ones that do not are left out.
How We Think About SEO
A few positions we hold, stated openly so you know what informs the tools and the guidance on this site.
Relevance beats authority. A link from a moderately-scored site in your exact subject area is worth more than one from a high-scoring general site that mentions you in passing. Most link-building advice has this backwards because authority scores are easier to sort by than relevance is to judge.
Most low-quality links require no action. Search engines discount them automatically. The disavow tool is for documented manual actions and known paid link campaigns, not for routine hygiene — and aggressive disavowing removes more value than it protects.
Third-party scores are not ranking factors. We report Domain Authority and spam score because they are useful for comparison. We will keep saying they are not what Google reads, because treating them as targets is how teams end up optimizing for a number instead of for readers.
Content depth is not word count. Long pages that repeat themselves rank no better than short ones. Pages rank because they cover what a searcher needed, including the parts competitors skipped.
