Privacy Policy

What data we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and what control you have over it.

Overview

This policy explains what personal data SEO Jasoos collects, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and what rights you have over it. It applies to pre.seojasoos.com and every tool hosted on it.

Last updated: 21 August 2026.

Information We Collect

Account information. When you register we collect your email address and a securely hashed password. We do not store your password in a readable form.

Usage data. We record which tools you use and how many queries you run, because tool credits are allocated per account and we need a count to enforce them.

Query inputs. The domains and keywords you submit are stored in your search history so you can revisit past results from your dashboard.

Technical data. Standard server logs capture IP address, browser type, and timestamps. These are used for security, abuse prevention, and diagnosing errors.

Analytics data. We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate site usage — which pages are visited, roughly where visitors come from, and which tools get used. This is covered in more detail below.

How We Use Your Information

We use the data above to operate your account and authenticate you, to allocate and enforce tool credits, to display your search history, to send transactional email such as account activation and password resets, to detect and prevent abuse, and to understand aggregate usage so we can decide what to build next.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers, and we do not send marketing email to addresses collected at registration unless you separately opt in.

Cookies and Analytics

Essential cookies. We set a session cookie when you log in. It is required for the site to function and cannot be disabled while remaining signed in.

Analytics cookies. We use Google Analytics (measurement ID G-02FKEXXNDD), which sets cookies to distinguish visitors and sessions. This data is aggregated and used to understand site usage patterns. Google's own handling of this data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

You can block analytics cookies through your browser settings or by using Google's opt-out browser add-on. Blocking them will not affect your ability to use any tool on this site.

Third-Party Data Providers

When you run a query, the domain or keyword you submit is sent to third-party SEO data providers in order to retrieve results. These providers receive the query itself. They do not receive your email address, account identity, or any other personal information about you.

We also load fonts from Google Fonts and icon assets from a public CDN. These providers receive your IP address as a normal consequence of serving those files, as is the case with any externally hosted resource on any website.

Data Retention

Account data is retained for as long as your account remains active. Search history is retained so that you can access past results, and can be cleared from your dashboard at any time. Server logs are retained for a limited period for security and diagnostic purposes and are then discarded.

If you delete your account, your account record and associated search history are removed. Aggregated analytics data that contains no personal identifiers may remain.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to request correction of inaccurate data, to request deletion of your account and associated data, to object to certain processing, and to request a copy of your data in a portable format.

To exercise any of these rights, email support@seojasoos.com from the address associated with your account. We will respond within thirty days.

If you are in the EU or UK and believe we have handled your data improperly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Security

Passwords are stored using industry-standard hashing. The site is served over HTTPS. Access to production systems is restricted, and forms are protected against cross-site request forgery.

No system is perfectly secure. If you become aware of a vulnerability affecting this site, please report it to support@seojasoos.com rather than disclosing it publicly, and we will address it as quickly as we can.

Children

This service is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has registered an account, contact us and we will remove it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the service changes. Material changes will be reflected in the 'Last updated' date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
